Army base shelled in Logar; many killed

LOGAR, Sept. 24 – Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate fired mortar and missiles rounds into a military base in Pol-e-Alam city, the provincial capital of Logar province, a report indicates but offers on more information on enemy casualties.

In another report, a roadside bomb blast ripped into an enemy tank in Charkh district of the province early Saturday, leaving all those aboard dead and wounded.

Furthermore, Mujahideen attacked the district of Chakh last night, causing the enemy fatal losses, while at least four puppets were killed and tank destroyed later when Mujahideen ambushed the enemy extra forces sent to the rescue of those under Mujahideen attack.
