Army base shelled in Laghman; Arbaki held

 LAGHMAN, Jan. 9 – Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate pounded an army base located in Qarghayi district of Laghman province on Sunday night, a report said but gave no casualty detail.

In another report, Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate took an Arbaki captive during an operation in Mehtarlam city, the provincial capital of Laghman province on Sunday.
