Army base comes under attack; Arbaki gives in 

KHOST, Sep. 7 – Late Wednesday Mujahideen fighters attacked an army base with mortar shells in Sabri district of southeastern Khost province, a report pointed out but offered no casualty details. On Thursday, an Arbaki surrendered to Mujahideen with his weapon in Spera district of the province.
