FARYAB, Jul. 29 – Reports arriving from northern Faryab province say that Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate in Bandar district liberated Nahastan area and overran 2 check posts during a clearance operation Wednesday afternoon, inflicting deadly losses on the enemy and forcing them to flee.
Moreover Qodoq and Shora areas of Lawlash district were also cleared and 2 check posts overrun during an operation by Mujahideen from 05:00 pm till dusk time Thursday, causing heavy losses on the enemy and forcing them to withdraw.
