    AFGHANISTAN, July. 11 – Afghan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) to distribute 204 million AFG in cash assistance to 24000 headless widows across the country, says ARCS in a statement.

    The statement adds ARCS has initiated a survey at the beginning of this month, which will be completed in a week.

    The survey of headless widows in Kandahar, Helmand, Uruzgan, and Zabul provinces was completed two weeks ago, and the distribution of cash assistance of 34 million AFG to 4,000 headless widows in these provinces has been completed today.

    The distribution of cash assistance to headless widows in the remaining 30 provinces will be completed in coming two weeks.
