    NURISTAN, Apr. 3 – Al-Emarah News said the combined police and Arbakis stole from the ordinary people over 200 livestock animals in Do Ab district of eastern Nooristan province. Locals have complained about it before too, saying they have been robbed of their livestock several times before.
