Arbakis landmines martyr 3 civilians, hurt 4 in Shindand

HERAT, Aug. 30 – At around 9:00 am local time today a civilian motorbike and vehicle destroyed by an Arbakis landmine on a main road in Zirkoh area of Shindand district, leaving 3 villagers martyred and 4 others wounded.
Hirelings want to provoke civilian hatred against Mujahideen by attributing such crimes to them. We strongly condemn the bombing and it has nothing to do with Islamic Emirate’s Mujahideen.
