    • APC destroyed as offensive repelled in Nawa

    HELMAND, Aug. 14 – At around 6:00 pm local time on Saturday Mujahideen foiled an enemy offensive carried out against their positions in Aiank area of Nawa district to reopen the road blocked by Mujahideen. An APC was destroyed by RPG fire, killing and wounding all inside and forcing the enemy to flee.
