APC, 3 vehicles destroyed in Nahr Siraj

HELMAND, Aug. 08 – At around 11:00 am local time today Mujahideen carried out attack on enemy convoy comprised of several troops and armored tanks arriving Nahr Siraj region’s Yaklang area for reopening the Kandahar-Herat highway sparking heavy clashes that lasted till around 3:00 pm, destroying 3 enemy vehicles and an APC by IED attack, leaving all gunmen killed or hurt inside and forcing the enemy to retreat.
