KABUL, Oct. 18 – Another humanitarian aid package of 40 million USD arrived in cash today, said Da Afghanistan Bank officials in a statement.
The bank while appreciating the humanitarian aid of the international community called for better banking relations in other financial and banking sectors with Afghanistan.
According to reports, this is the 42nd aid package that arrived in Kabul and is delivered to a commercial banks in the country.
Last week, two packages of 40 million USD of humanitarian aid also arrived in Afghanistan.
Over one billion USD of humanitarian aid has so far arrived the country.
