Appointments were made to various positions, with individuals joining officer and non-commissioned officer roles in significant numbers. Efforts to combat narcotics, following a decree from the Supreme Leader, led to drastic reductions in drug-related activities and the destruction of poppy fields.

In the fight against narcotics, authorities seized 3,643 tons of illicit substances, shut down 790 drug production facilities, arrested over 10,000 suspects, and referred nearly 28,000 addicts for treatment. Poppy cultivation across 17,651 hectares was eradicated.

Efforts to combat smuggling at airports were successful, leading to the confiscation of large sums of money and illicit substances, resulting in the arrest of numerous individuals.

The Ministry’s services, including passport issuance and traffic document management, disaster victim assistance, crime reduction, and weapons and vehicle regulation, were highlighted as pivotal achievements. Over 1.7 million passports were issued, and vehicle registrations were well underway.
