Amir-ul-Momineen Meets Ulama Council and Tribal Elders of Uruzgan

Esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen, may Allah protect him, convened yesterday, with the Uruzgan Province Ulama Council and tribal elders. The proceedings commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran.
Subsequently, the head of the Uruzgan Ulama Council, Mawlawi Abdul Ghaffar, apprised esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen, of the prevailing conditions in Uruzgan Province and the scholarly endeavors undertaken within the region.
He further articulated that the Ulama Council has exerted concerted efforts to ensure the dissemination of the directives, rulings, and recommendations of Sheikh Sahib, may Allah protect him, across all districts of Uruzgan Province.
Additionally, the head of the Ulama Council expounded upon the challenges confronting the people of Uruzgan.
Following this, esteemed, Amir-ul-Momineen, may Allah protect him, addressed the assembly. He commended the initiatives of the Uruzgan Ulama Council and underscored that the present era affords scholars a significant opportunity for service. He exhorted them to intensify their efforts in cultivating public awareness and imparting religious teachings to the populace.
Moreover, he emphasized that scholars bear the duty of striving towards the resolution of societal issues within their respective provinces and actively engaging in the mitigation of disputes.
In his concluding remarks, His Excellency, Amir-ul-Momineen, may Allah protect him, reaffirmed his commitment to addressing the challenges faced by Uruzgan Province.
The assembly culminated with supplications for the preservation of the sharia-based governance system and the welfare of the people.
