N.B. This article consist of only those incidents which are admitted and confirmed by the enemy too. Nevertheless, it is worth adding that for detailed and complete information about losses and casualties of the enemy forces, one should visit the official website of the Islamic Emirate on regular basis.

September 2020 was also full of significant incidents. Besides controlling the centers of some districts, Mujahidin had substantial achievements on various military fronts. In September, political front also consisted of new rounds. These and various other issues are discussed under the following captions:

Losses and casualties of the internal forces:

On Tuesday 1st September, a military helicopter of the enemy forces collapsed in Takhar province.

On Tuesday 1st September, the security manager of Arghastan district in Kandahar province was killed by Mujahidin.

On Saturday 5th September, an unmanned plane (drone) of the enemy forces collapsed in Samangan province.

On the same day, a group commander of the Kabul airport was killed inside Kabul city by some unknown armed men.

On Monday 7th September, the security commander of Shar-i-Safa district in Zabul province died of those injuries he had suffered earlier.

On the same day, a reconnaissance plane of the enemy forces was shot down by Mujahidin in Kunuz province.

On the same day, the security manager of Ghazi Abad district in Kunar province was killed in a direct confrontation with Mujahidin.

On Wednesday 16th September, a security colonel of the enemy forces was killed in Kabul province.

On Saturday 19th September, the deputy of provincial council of Paktia province, the security head of Paktika province and the executive manager of Yousuf-Khail district were killed.

On Thursday 24th September, a helicopter of the enemy forces was shot down during military operations in Baghlan province.

On Saturday 26th September, an Arbaki commander was killed in confrontation with Mujahidin in Badakhshan province.

On Monday 28th September, a military officer of the Kabul airport was killed inside his home by commando forces of the stooge admin.

On Wednesday 30th September, the security commander of Kohistan district in Badakhshan province was killed.

These were only a handful examples out of a heap. Over all thousands of the enemy forces are killed and wounded on the monthly basis.

Torture and losses of civilian people:

On Sunday 6th September, a mosque and an Islamic center were indiscriminately bombed by fighter planes of the stooge admin in Faryab province.

On the same day, five children of one and the same family were martyred in the blind artillery shelling of the enemy forces in Nangarhar province.

On Tuesday 8th September, four civilian people were martyred in the blind firing of the enemy forces in Kunduz province.

On Wednesday 9th September, a madrassa was indiscriminately bombed by the enemy forces in Ghazni province.

On Friday 11th September, significant financial losses were inflicted on innocent civilian people when their houses were indiscriminately bombed by the foreign occupying forces in Logar province.

On the following day, blind bombing was carried out by forces of the stooge admin in Baghlan province.

On Saturday 12th September, the very first day of the intra-Afghan meeting in Doha, four children were martyred in the blind shelling of the enemy planes in Ghazni province.

On the following day, civilian houses in Kandahar and Baghlan provinces were brought under attacks by the enemy forces.

On Saturday 19th September, tens of innocent civilians were martyred and injured in the brutal and blind bombing of the enemy forces in Kunduz province.

On the following day, three civilian people in Samangan province, and two women in Kabul province were martyred by the enemy forces.

On Tuesday 22nd September, four children were run over and martyred by a ranger type vehicle of the notorious Arbaki militiamen in Nangarhar province.

Amalgamation with Mujahidin:

After the peace agreement signed between the Islamic Emirate and the American side, the amalgamation process of officials and forces of the stooge admin with Mujahidin has significantly increased. Some example are given in the following lines:

On Sunday 6th September, the Islamic Emirate issued a statement that more than one thousand officials and forces of the puppet regime joined Mujahidin in various parts of the country during last month.

On the same day, six soldiers surrendered to Mujahidin along with their weapons in Ghazni province.

On Friday 11th September, fourteen soldiers of the enemy forces joined Mujahidin in Nuristan province.

On Tuesday 15th September, sixty one soldiers of the enemy forces surrendered to Mujahidin in Balkh province.

On Thursday 17th September, eighteen workers and soldiers of the enemy forces joined Mujahidin in Badakhshan and Baghlan provinces.

On the following day, twenty more personnel of the enemy forces joined Mujahidin in Badghis province.

On Sunday 20th September, tens of the Shi’ite community people announced their support for the Islamic Emirate in separate gatherings in ‘Maidan Wardak’ and ‘Dai Kundi’ provinces.

On Wednesday 23rd September, twenty two soldiers of the enemy forces joined Mujahidin in Baghlan province.

On the following day, eleven soldiers of the enemy forces joined Mujahidin in Paktia province.

On Saturday 26th September, sixty three soldiers of the enemy forces joined Mujahidin in Badakhshan province.

On the following day, eight more soldiers of the enemy forces joined Mujahidin in Paktia province.

On Tuesday 29th September, thirty three soldiers of the stooge admin joined Mujahidin in Baghlan province.

One the same day, thirty more military personnel of the Shi’ite community joined Mujahidin in ‘Maidan Wardak’ province.

‘Al-Fatah’ Operations:

In September, tens of major and minor attacks were carried out by Mujahidin on the enemy forces, for example:

On Tuesday 1st September, the security brigade in the center of Paktia province was attacked by Mujahidin, in which heavy losses and casualties were inflicted on the enemy forces. This brigade was responsible for the security of main roads from Paktia to other provinces.

On Monday 7th September, seven commandos of the enemy forces were killed during severe attacks of Mujahidin on the enemy forces in Ghazni province.

On Tuesday 8th September, Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate reported that some military posts of the enemy forces were destroyed in Abshaar area of Panjsher province. Actually in September, Panjsher province was the witness of several major and minor attacks of Mujahidin.

On Thursday 10th September, a motor bomb attack was carried out on a key police center in Kandahar province, in which several policemen were killed and wounded.

On Monday 21st September, Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate launched wide range attacks in various parts of Bamyan province, in which heavy losses and casualties were inflicted on the enemy forces.

On Sunday 27th September, several enemy forces including four commandos were killed and injured when Mujahidin’s attacks were accelerated once again in different parts of Bamyan province.

On Wednesday 30th September, Farang district of Baghlan province came under Mujahidin’s control.

Inter-Afghan Talks:

On Saturday 5th September, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Moulavi Abdul Hakeem Sahib (may Allah protect him) was appointed as the head of the negotiating team of the Islamic Emirate.

On Saturday 12th September, first meeting of the inter-Afghan talks was held in Doha, Qatar which is going on till the compilation of this report.

Withdrawal of foreign occupying forces:

On Tuesday 8th September, media reported that the American forces left the strategic Shindand airbase in Herat province.

On Wednesday 9th September, Trump reiterated that American forces will be decreased inside Afghanistan.

On the following day, the foreign occupying forces announced that the number of their troops will be reduced to 4500 till the beginning of November.

On Friday 11th September, the American state secretary Mike Pompeo told that all of their forces will be evacuated if Taliban comply by their pledges.

On Monday 14th September, all Croatian forces left Afghanistan.
