Afghanistan in the month of July 2020

In July 2020, liberation of some districts, amalgamation of the enemy forces with Mujahidin, evacuation of the foreign occupying forces and losses and casualties of the internal enemy forces are some the main topics which will be discussed under the following captions:

Losses and casualties of the foreign occupying forces:

On Sunday 5^th July, the foreign occupying forces reported that one of their soldier was killed in Farah province.

On Tuesday 14^th July, media reported that another foreign occupying soldier was killed in Kandahar province.

It is worth reminding that based on the agreement signed on 29^th February 2020 between the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and the American side, Mujahidin have stopped their attacks on the foreign occupying forces on the condition of their gradual withdrawal, therefore their losses and casualties have decreased significantly.

Losses and casualties of the internal mercenaries:

In July, Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate had to change their defensive position and launched their attacks on the enemy forces to teach them a lesson. In the following lines some incidents are elaborated showing the magnitude of their losses and casualties.

On Friday 3^rd July, the special representative of the stooge admin in Kabul and his election coordinator lost their lives in corona virus.

On the following day, the previous communication director of the defense ministry also passed away due to covid-19.

On Wednesday 8^th July, the security chief of Deh-i-Yak district in Ghazni province was killed in a successful attack of Mujahidin.

On the following day, the dead body of one of the personal body guards of Ashraf Ghani was found in Bamyan province, while the general head of biometric system of interior ministry was killed in Kabul.

On Thursday 9^th July, a training aircraft of the enemy forces collapsed in Doshi district of Baghlan province.

On Sunday 19^th July, the security chief of Sarobi district of Paktika province was killed in fighting with Mujahidin.

On Wednesday 22^nd July, four commanders of the puppet regime were killed in landmine blast in ‘Khas Uruzgan’ district of Uruzgan province.

On Sunday 26^th July, a helicopter of the enemy forces collapsed in Kajaki district of Helmand province.

On Tuesday 28^th July, a military pilot of the stooge admin was killed in Kabul.

Losses and casualties of civilian people:

Though some decrease has been observed in civilian losses and casualties after signing the peace agreement, but during last three months once again a significant increase has been observe in this regard.

On Sunday 5^th July, the Human Rights Commission declared that the last month indiscriminate mortar shelling on a public business gathering in Sangin district of Helmand province was carried out by the mercenary forces of the stooge admin, in which numerous civilian people were killed and wounded.

On Wednesday 8^th July, civilian people while offering prayers were attacked by the internal forces inside the mosque in Grishk district of Helmand province, in which several innocent people were martyred and injured.

On the following day, four children were run over and ruthlessly martyred by a military tank of the internal forces.

On Wednesday 22^nd July, a civilian house and a mosque were indiscriminately bombed by the foreign occupying forces in Adraskan district of Herat province, where local people had gathered to welcome a freshly released prisoner. Several innocent people including women and children were martyred and injured in this brutal attack.

On the same day, a health clinic was ambushed by the internal forces in Baghlan province, in which some innocent people were killed and wounded.

Amalgamation with Mujahidin:

On Wednesday 15^th July, Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate announced that nine hundred personnel of the stooge admin joined them in June, which testifies that this process has accelerated in the recent past.

On Monday 6^th July, twenty two soldiers of the stooge admin joined Mujahidin in Pul-i-Khumri district of Baghlan province, while forty more joined them in various districts of Balkh province.

On Friday 17^th July, twenty two personnel of the puppet regime joined Mujahidin in Balkh province.

On the same day, fifty three forces including the former security chief of Baghlan province joined Mujahidin in the ‘Central Baghlan’ district of Baghlan province.

On Monday 27^th July, one hundred and twenty nine forces of the puppet regime joined Mujahidin in Kunduz province.

Exchange of Prisoners:

Due to various internal and external pressures, the stooge admin in Kabul has released 4600 prisoners of the Islamic Emirate by now, though according to the peace agreement 5000 prisoners were to be released within ten days.

On Thursday 30^th July, on the arrival of happy Eid occasion, the Islamic Emirate set free the remaining prisoners of the stooge admin, by fulfilling the obligation of releasing all one thousand prisoners.

On Friday 31^st July, Ashraf Ghani announced that a so called advisory ‘Loya Girga’ (grand council) will be convened to decide the fate of the remaining four hundred Mujahidin prisoners.

Al-Fatah Operations:

As mentioned earlier, Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate were forced to come out of their defensive position and launch attacks on the internal forces. In this series:

On Thursday 2^nd July, mercenary forces of the stooge admin fled away from Farsi district of Herat province by suffering significant losses and casualties as this district was besieged by Mujahidin.

On Wednesday 8^th July, the main security headquarters of ‘Shah Wali Kot’ district in Kandahar province came under fatal attacks of Mujahidin, in which several enemy forces were killed and wounded while the headquarters were completely destroyed.

On the following day, the artillery center of the enemy forces in ‘Said Abad’ district of ‘Maidan Wardak’ province was the witness of Mujahidin’s attacks, in which the artillery center was destroyed and significant casualties and financial losses were inflicted on the enemy forces.

On Monday 13^th July, the national directorate of security in Samangan province came under Mujahidin attacks, in which 119 security personnel were killed and wounded.

Spreading Obscenity:

The stooge admin of Kabul has tried by now and then to spread obscenity and indecency through different possible techniques.

On Monday 6^th July, the spokesman of the puppet regime announced the appointment of female deputies for all provinces of the country, whereas reports of sexual harassment and abuses were frequently given in various organs and departments of the stooge admin in the past.

Withdrawal of the foreign occupying forces:

On Tuesday 14^th July, the special American envoy for Afghan peace process Khalilzad told that according to the peace agreement the number of American forces has been decreased and five military bases were completely evacuated.

On the following day, candidate for the forth coming American elections Joe Biden announced that presence of the American forces in Afghanistan is of no use and they should be withdrawn as soon as possible.

On Wednesday 22^nd July, local stooge officials of Nangarhar province reported that two military bases in this province have been evacuated by the enemy forces.
