HELMAND, Jan. 29 – Afghan Red Crescent donates food and non-food items to 250 needy families in Marjah district.

Mawlawi Fazal Mohammad Fazli, director of Helmand Red Crescent Society told Bakhter News Agency, Red Cross Federation (IFRC) Red Crescent Society in Helmand provides food and winter supplies to 3000 war affected and poor families along with hygiene items, of which 1500 families in the center and the remaining 1500 families in Marjah, Khanshin and Deshu districts.

According to him, each family will be given eight food items including a winter kit and a hygiene kit, and the food items will include 50 kg of flour, 24.5 kg of rice, 10 liters of oil, sugar, beans and tea. , Biscuits, coats, shoes, laundry detergent, ointments and other winter and hygiene essentials.
