According to Hafiz Zia Ahmad Takal the deputy spokesman of the ministry of foreign affairs’ the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate oversees the ongoing operations of the Afghan Embassy in Muscat, the capital of the of Oman, managed by diplomatic personnel. It has been announced that the embassy will recommence its services for Afghanistan and Oman starting from Sunday, 3/5/1446, with services now fully operational.

The collaborative efforts between the embassy and the host nation are anticipated to positively impact and enhance the political, economic, social, and religious ties between Kabul and Muscat.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan expresses gratitude for the support and cooperation extended by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Oman in facilitating this process.
