Amid the context of the second meeting of Russian Ministers of Higher Education and Education, Sheikh Nada Mohammad Nadeem, the Minister of Higher Education, and Mawlawi Habibullah Agha, the Minister of Education, had a meeting with Sheikh Rustam Abdul Hai, the Chairman of the Tatarstan Ulema Council.
During the meeting, Minister Nadeem expressed that Afghanistan is currently experiencing a period of peace, with the implementation of Sharia law and the Islamic Emirate demonstrating compassion and mercy towards the people.
Furthermore, during the visit, the head of the Tatarstan Ulema Council mentioned that the situation of Muslims in his country has witnessed improvement compared to the past, emphasizing the presence of religious freedom.
