KABUL, July. 07 – The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s acting Prime Minister and Political Deputy PM Honorable Mawlavi Abdul Kabir met with the British Chargé d’Affaires for Afghanistan, Robert Chatterton Dixon and his delegation.
The British Chargé d’Affaires spoke about Britain’s interest in the importance of mending ties with Afghanistan, saying that they are collaborating with the Islamic Emirate to further the welfare of Afghans.
Mr. Robert Chatterton Dixon stressed that discussions about topics of interest to the Islamic Emirate and Britain continue and stated that Britain believes that a flourishing Afghanistan is in the best interests of the entire world and as a result wants to have good relations and poistive interaction with the Islamic Emirate and promised to work with the IEA to tackle all the current problems.
Honorable Mawlavi Abdul Kabir, the acting PM and political deputy PM referring to the relations between Afghanistan and Britain, said IEA wants positive and constructive relations with all countries, including Britain, on the basis of mutual respect.
Honorable depitu PM added, as a result of the efforts of the Islamic Emirate, administrative corruption and other problems have been eliminated and transparency has been established in all areas.
The acting PM and political deputy PM concluded by saying that the Islamic Emirate respects women’s rights within the parameters of Sharia and many government departments have female employees who are working in appropriate working environments.
