KABUL, Dec. 18 – The Acting Minister of National Defense, Mawlawi Muhammad Yaqoob “Mujahid,” held a productive meeting with the representative of the People’s Republic of China for Afghanistan, Yu Xiaoying, in his office today, says ministry of national defence of the IEA.
Mr. Yu Xiaoying warmly acknowledged China’s positive relations and cooperation with Afghanistan, expressing satisfaction that with the advent of the Islamic Emirate, bilateral relations with neighboring countries, especially China, were expanding and growing stronger with each passing day.
Furthermore, Mr. Yu Xiaoying conveyed his optimism regarding the establishment of complete security and stability in Afghanistan. He emphasized the People’s Republic of China’s commitment to continue providing assistance and cooperation to the people of Afghanistan in the economic and commercial sectors.
In conclusion, both sides reiterated their firm commitment to the continued growth and development of relations between the two neighboring countries, emphasizing the importance of ongoing cooperation.
