HELMAND, Mar. 05 – Acting Minister of Information and Culture Mullah Khairullah Khairkhwa, Deputy Minister of Information and Culture and Spokesman of the Islamic Emirate Zabihullah Mujahid, Deputy Minister of Information and Culture Mawlawi Atiqullah Azizi During his official visit to Helmand province along with the Deputy Minister of Youth Affairs, Mullah Faizullah Tamim, met with the Governor of Helmand, Mawlawi Abdul Ahad Talib, and the Director of Intelligence, Abu Khalid and discussed issues of mutual interest.
