Acting Minister of Energy and Water visits Herat province

HERAT, Jan. 21 – Acting Minister of Energy and Water of the IEA, Alhaj Mulla Abdul Latif “Mansoor”, arrived in Herat province on Friday as part of his provincial tours, said ministry of energy and water.

After performing Friday prayer, he met and talked with the resident people and the governor of Herat, Mawlawi Noor Ahmad Islam Jar, during the meeting, the two sides had a detailed discussion and exchange of ideas about water management and energy production in Herat province.

According to statement the Minister assured the Honorable Governor of Herat and the Chief of River basin that Measures will be taken to solve their problems within the framework of balanced development and available possibilities.
