    KABUL, Jun. 07 – The Acting Minister of the Ministry of Energy and Water H.E Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor met with the Governor of Laghman Honorable Qari Zainbul Aabidin Abid they discussed and exchanged ideas about the water and energy projects, especially the Shahi Canal project in Laghman province, the interests of the country and the Kala gosh dams.

    The Acting Minister of the Ministry of Energy and Water assured the governor of Laghman that taking into 3-account the available possibilities, necessary measures will be taken regarding the mentioned projects.
