BADAKHSHAN, Oct. 04 – Acting Defense Minister Mawlavi Mohammad Yaqoob “Mujahid” visited border areas of Badakhshan province on Monday. Details say the Acting Defense Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan during a two-day trip visited the “Omar Salas” 219th Division in Badakhshan province and met local elders and military officials.
