Though we are thankful to Allah Almighty for freedom of our country and establishment of an Islamic system, but we are now facing a new divine test. Earlier we were oppressed, the system was under the control of someone else and we were fighting for independence and the rule of Islamic system according to the command of Allah, now the Crusaders have been defeated, our country is free the Islamic system came to power instead of vicious system, now we are facing another test which can only be succeeded with the weapon of piety!
If yesterday we endured all kinds of hardships and sufferings during jihad and struggle, today reign of power and government we must adopt the path of patience, piety, honesty and sincerity. Today’s sovereignty is the result of yesterday’s sacrifices, so if we pay this trust properly, no doubt yesterday’s sacrifices are worthy of reward, praise and honor, but if Allah forbid we fail in this test Then all our sacrifices will be wain and on the Day of Resurrection they will be the hands of the martyrs and our necks!
All the junior and senior officials, individuals and colleagues of the Islamic Emirate should pay serious attention to the following points:
1- Designation is not permanent, but our deeds are permanent and every moment a question arises! Many governments have been overthrown and their rulers destroyed, but their names, histories and deeds remain.
2. We should never consider ourselves rulers. We are not the rulers, but Allah almighty’s servants on earth to perform entrusted duties.
3- We should be very careful with the treasury, firstly because the current treasury has been obtained through the blood of the martyrs and secondly the treasury is not of the rights of Allah but of the rights of worshipers. Allah may forgive us everything, but will not forgive the betrayal in treasury, because it is the right of all Muslims.
4. We must not abuse our power in any way, for example, we must not use any government resources to oppress, harass and coerce our opponents.
5- We must get rid of the idea of salaries, materialistic interests, name and fame, power, authority and selfishness. We must do everything for the sake of divine pleasure. If before spending time on front was Jihad now Spending time in government and serving is jihad. If yesterday we were unpaid, today Allah has given us some grace, but our main goal should still be to get divine pleasure.
6- Obedience to our leaders is our duty and obligation. One of the secrets of our success was obedience present in the ranks of the Emirate, so we should always keep this characteristic.
7. We must strictly avoid ethnic, linguistic, sectarian and other irrational differences. We are all brothers of one faith, comrades of one rank, fighters of one goal and soldiers and followers of one army. So as we have continue this essence of unity and brotherhood, we have to keep it even more and pay close attention to it.
8- We must be extremely sincere in our actions, because even the slightest negligence is now a great betrayal, and this betrayal and negligence can be counted many times: betrayal of the martyrs, betrayal of the Islamic system and all Muslims, betraying ourself and our children, that is, our salary and wages will not be lawful for us and we will be taking unlawful (haraam) money home.
9- We should be extremely humble. Allah does not like arrogance.
10- We must refrain from any kind of oppression, we must prove justice and fairness in our deeds, and we must always be thankful to Allah Almighty.
