Commencing with the recitation of the Holy Quran, the Ministry of Public Works was entrusted with the responsibility of undertaking necessary measures pertaining to the survey, design, and fundamental construction contract of the Wakhan corridor in Badakhshan. The final plan is to be submitted for approval to the office of the Islamic Emirate’s leadership.

Additionally, the committee assigned to develop the curriculum for universities and schools was given the task of expediting the creation of new curricula aligned with Islamic principles. The Ministry of Water and Energy was assigned the duty of installing meters and restoring electricity to mosques that had been disconnected due to unpaid bills.

During the meeting, a delegation led by the Ministry of Information and Culture, along with representatives from the Ministries of Irshad, Hajj and Endowments, Amr al-Moruf, Nahi al-Munkar, and Hearing Complaints, was assigned the responsibility of respecting sacred documents. They were instructed to prepare a petition regarding their preservation and submit it to the Emirate.

Furthermore, the Ministry of Guidance, Hajj, and Endowments, in collaboration with the Ministry of Ambar Al-Ma’roof, Nahi-an-ul-Munkar, and Hearing Complaints, was tasked with placing copies of the Holy Qur’an, sacred papers, and fragile books on mountains for safekeeping. Alternatively, they were to construct secure locations in other safe areas to protect these valuable items.

To address the rising prices of food and other commercial goods resulting from the increase in the value of the Afghani currency, the price control commission was mandated to implement necessary measures for price regulation.
