    BAGHLAN, May 19 – An early morning operation launched by Mujahideen aimed at the joint enemy personnel killed at least 9 puppets and left several more wounded in Pol-i-Khomri district of the northern province of Baghlan on Friday.

    Two armored tanks were destroyed in Friday’s fighting that went on for 6 hours.

    On Thursday, 1 enemy soldier switched side to Islamic Emirate and joined up with Mujahideen in Poli Khomri district of Baghlan province, while 2 soldiers of ANA gave in to Mujahideen in Lalpura district of the province on Friday.
