HELMAND, Oct. 24 – Amid ongoing ‘Operation Omari’, Mujahideen stormed enemy check posts in Turabi Hotel area of Gerishk district overnight. Firefight of heavy and light arms resulting in the post overrun after a brief resistance, killing 9 puppets and forcing the rest to flee, leaving 8 corpses, 1 PKM machine gun, 1 RPG launcher, 6 rifles and various types of ammo behind. All praise belongs to Allah alone Mujahideen suffered no casualties in the operation.
