9 killed, armored tank destroyed in Mujahideen attack

WARDAK, July 30 – At least four enemy soldiers were killed when Mujahideen attacked the enemy tank with IEDs in Jalriz district of Wardak province on Friday.

Shortly afterwards, the enemy opened blind fire on the village but it is unclear if anyone has been harmed.

Elsewhere in the said district, a child was martyred and another one was seriously wounded when the enemy targeted the village with heavy arms fire.

Also Friday, 3 Arbakis including a commander, Muqim Silab were killed and a further 4 were wounded in a bomb blast in the provincial capital of Wardak province.

Moreover, 2 puppets were killed and a further 3 wounded in an exchange of fire with Mujahideen in Syed Abad district of Wardak province.
