9 killed, 7 injured in Wardak; 7 vehicles destroyed

 WARDAK, June 17 –  Early Thursday Mujahideen intercepted the enemy militarily-guarded supply convoy in Syed Abad district of Wardak province, destroying an armored tank and four supply trucks.

At least 7 puppets were killed and 6 others were wounded in the ensuing firefight.

Also on Thursday, two tanks were shot and destroyed when Mujahideen attacked the enemy convoy elsewhere in Syed Abad district earlier in the morning.

Similarly, two puppets were killed and one was wounded in a bomb attack in Syed Abad district of Wardak province.
