9 including commander killed as key post overrun in Faryab

FARYAB, Feb. 13 – Reports arriving from Sheerin Tagab district state that, Mujahideen carried out coordinated attacks on enemy positions in Gorzad area of the said district midday today, sparking heavy clashes that are still ongoing.
So far, a key enemy check post have been overrun, killing 7 puppets, including a hireling commander sheer Muhammad while wounding 2 others  and forcing the rest to flee leaving 4 corpses behind on the battle ground.
Details say, a PK machine gun with 2 boxes of its rounds, 3 rifles with 1000 shells, a grenade.
It is said that a Mujahid has been martyred with another one wounded.
