    KANDAHAR, Jul. 15 – A landmine blast ripped through commander Bacha Gul; a hireling commander and close to ally of police chief abdul Raziq in Darwani Killi area of Dand district earlier today, leaving the said commander killed abroad.
    Later on, police troops came under twin blasts in the area, leaving 7 policemen killed or hurt on the spot.
