8 puppets killed, 15 injured in country’s east; 8 surrender to Mujahideen

NANGARHAR, Apr. 27 – At least 4 policemen were killed and a further 7 were wounded when Mujahideen launched attack on the enemy combat posts in Shirzad district of Nangarhar province on Thursday evening.

Similarly, a number of the posts belonging to local militia came under Mujahideen attack in Achin district of Nangarhar province last night, but there are no reports of the enemy casualties, while a post came under Mujahideen attack in Rodat district of the province late yesterday night.

In another report from Nangarhar, 7 puppets surrendered themselves to Mujahideen with their weapons in Bati Kot district of this province on Thursday.

Also Thursday, 1 Arbaki was killed and 3 more were wounded when Mujahideen targeted a post of militia in Khogyani district of Nangarhar province.

Separately, 3 commandos were killed and 5 more were wounded when Mujahideen repelled the joint enemy offensive in Khogyani district of Nangarhar province, while 2 civilians and 1 Mujahid fighter were martyred in the enemy airstrikes following the operation.
