HELMAND, Mar. 25 – A hireling officer was shot and killed the spot on Kandahar highway in Yakhchal area, Nahr Siraj region of Gerishk district a couple of days ago.
In the said area, at least 5 puppets were sniped and killed on the spot overnight.
In another report, 2 police were killed after being sniped in Speni posti area of between Gerishk and Sangin district late yesterday.
Enemy is likely to has suffered serious toll as patrol came under Mujahideen attacks in the said district earlier today.
