HELMAND, Jan. 16 – Officials say, as many as 3 enemy gunmen fled from a hireling battalion in Sangin district and surrendered to Mujahideen early yesterday. Later in the day, an enemy APC was shred into pieces close to Kandahar terminal area of the said district. Meanwhile anther APC was targeted by RPG fire and destroyed, leaving 8 puppets killed and wounded in the both incidents.
