8 killed, 5 injured in Laghman

LAGHMAN, Aug. 16 – Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate engaged with the enemy in a fierce fighting in Alingar district of Laghman province on Monday, killing 6 puppets and leaving 2 others wounded.

In another report from Laghman, two puppets were killed and another three wounded during a clash following the enemy attempt of breaking Mujahideen siege of main road extending from Dawlat Shah district to the provincial capital of Laghman province on Monday. An armored tank was also destroyed in the fighting.

Early today, Mujahideen and the enemy clashed in the mentioned district lasting less than an hour. The casualty toll is not determined yet.
