KANDAHAR, Oct. 01 – Officials say vehicle of an infamous enemy commander – Raz Muhammad – was torn apart by an IED attack in Do Ab area of Panjwaie district early night yesterday, leaving the said commander and 7 others killed on the spot. Separately, an Arbaki commander – Rahman Shah – was killed and another wounded in an exchange of fire with Mujahideen in Dara Noor area of Naish district midday yesterday.
