     LAGHMAN, May 18 – Mujahideen combatants took 3 Arbakis prisoners on Sunday night after taking over a post during an operation in Alishang district of eastern Laghman province.


    Arms consisting of 5 Kalashnikov machine guns, 1 PK heavy Soviet machine gun, 1 RPG rocket, 1 M16 rifle, 1 bomb dropper, 35 caliber rounds (rockets) and ammunition were captured from the enemy.


    Likewise, Mujahideen took over a post from the local militia in the provincial capital of Laghman province at the same night, taking 5 Arbakis captives.


    Mujahideen also recovered from the post 4 Kalashnikov machine guns, 1 PK heavy Soviet machine gun, 1 RPG rocket, 1 M16 rifle, 1 military vehicle and ammunition.
