8 Arbakis killed, 4 hurt as post overran in Ghazni

GHAZNI, Aug. 22 – Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate seized an enemy post following an operation on the enemy posts in Qarabagh district of southern Ghazni province last night, according to Al-Emarah News.

It added at least 7 Arbaki lapdogs were killed and a further 4 suffered injuries in the fighting, while 2 Mujahideen fighters, too, sustained wounds in the fighting.

A commander was among those wounded in the operation.

Early Tuesday, a policeman was shot and killed in a sniper attack and a Kalashnikov rifle was seized from the target.

On Monday, an enemy tank was blown to bits in a roadside bomb attack in Shalgar district of the province but it is unclear how many enemy soldiers suffered casualties.

Later Monday, Mujahideen exchanged fire with the enemy in limits of the provincial capital of Ghazni province, while Mujahideen later attacked an enemy post elsewhere in Ghazni city. No losses of life and injuries have been determined.
