7 minions killed, many hurt in Wardak attacks

WARDAK, Sept. 28 – At least five enemy soldiers were killed and three others got wounded in an exchange of fire after Mujahideen ambushed the enemy in the provincial capital of Wardak province on Tuesday.

In the province’s Chaghto district, an unknown number of the enemy soldiers sustained casualties with a tank destroyed following Mujahideen ambush which the enemy ran into late Tuesday.

Also Tuesday, a commando was killed and two others were injured in a blast in Chaghto district of the province.
