LAGHMAN, Mar. 3 – In Laghman province Dawlat Shah district of 7 Arbaki of the local militia have switched side to the Islamic Emirate and joined Mujahideen. This comes as 47 enemy military personnel joined Mujahideen in northern Balkh province.
