FARYAB, Jun. 20 – Amid ongoing ‘Al Khandaq Jihadi Operations’, Mujahideen raided enemy check posts in Khwaja Qashri area of Juma Bazar district overnight.
Firefight of heavy and light arms which lasted for about 2 hours, resulted in 2 posts were overrun after killing 7 puppets and destroying a vehicle before forcing the rest to flee leaving corpses behind on the battle ground.
Details say, a tank, 7 M16 rifles, 2 sniper guns and other equipment were confiscated during the operation.
