HELMAND, Aug. 25 – A hireling check post in Kochyano area of Nad Ali district was overrun by Mujahideen after a brief resistance overnight, destroying a ranger forcing the enemy to flee leaving 7 corpses, 1 PKM machine gun, 1 RPG launcher, 7 rifles and other tools behind. Similarly, 3 puppets were killed after Mujahideen attacked a hireling post with sniper guns and an APC was destroyed by IED blast overnight in the said area. 2 Mujahideen are said to have been wounded as another one has been martyred in the operation.
