HELMAND, Dec. 09 – A sniper is reported to have shot and killed 3 police in Sarkar area, PD2 of capital Lashkargah overnight.
Similarly, another puppet was shot and killed in a check post’s tower in Basharan area, PD4 of the capital late yesterday.
Separately, an enemy patrol came under a tactical bomb blast in Shinghazak area of Marjah district earlier today, causing serious casualties to enemy.
Likewise, 2 police were killed with another one wounded when a hireling patrol came under sniper fire in a Mujahideen ambush in Parchaw area of Gerishk district early last night.
