HELMAND, Aug. 25 – Report say an enemy tank and APC was destroyed by roadside bomb attacks amid a gunfight that erupted against enemy troops arriving Nahr Siraj region’s Chargul pump area early this morning for reopening the Lashkargah rout. According to details enemy patrol also came under a Mujahideen landmine blast in Maktab area, leaving 7 gunmen killed or hurt. The enemy was ultimately forced to retreat without opening the rout.
