7 killed and wounded, 4 vehicles destroyed as convoy attacked in Herat

HERAT, Sep. 21 – At around 2:00 pm local time on Wednesday, a hireling convoy came under a Mujahideen attack on Kandahar-Herat highway in Mir Haydar area of Shindand district.
Attacks in which heavy and light arms were used continued till afternoon hours with full intensity, destroying a tank, 1 ranger pickup, 3 tankers, killing 3 puppets and leaving 4 others wounded while Mujahideen suffered no toll.
