WARDAK, Oct. 19 – Al-Emarah News said at least five enemy soldiers were killed and a further three suffered injuries during an intense fighting between Mujahideen and enemy security forces personnel in Syed Abad district of Wardak province on Tuesday. Three military vehicles were destroyed in the fighting, as well.

A Mujahid fighter is said to have suffered injuries.

Also Tuesday, an unknown number of the enemy soldiers were killed and wounded with two vehicles destroyed in a clashed triggered by Mujahideen ambush in Syed Abad district of the province.

In another report from Wardak, two puppets were killed and many others were wounded during clashes following Mujahideen siege of the district of Chaghto in this province.
