KABUL, Mar. 03 – Accordimg to interior ministry the anti-narcotics police have iredicated poppy crops planted on 8 acres of land in Jawzjan, Sarpul and Takhar and arrested 7 people in connection with the transportation and sale of narcotics.
Details say eight acres of poppy crops has been iredicated in Qosh Tapa district of Jawzjan province.
Three suspects have been arrested with 23 kg opium, 15 liters of wine and eight bushels of fermented grape water in Sirpul, one in Jawzjan and three others in Takhar province with 500 pills and 80 kg of drug powder.
