URUZGAN, May. 03 – Acceding to recent reports from capital Tarinkot, at least 7 commandos were killed after Mujahideen foiled an enemy offensive in Murabad and Kosi Gudar areas overnight for breaking the siege of a hireling base in the area, forcing the enemy to retreat while leaving corpses behind on the battle ground. Details say, 2 M4 type machine guns, 4 binoculars, 1 heavy machine gun, 2 RPG launchers and several other military equipment were confiscated in the operation. A Mujahid is said to have been wounded in the cross fire while the base still remains under tight besiege of Mujahideen.
