7 APCs destroyed in Gerishk, heavy casualties caused

HELMAND, Nov. 27 – According to reports arriving from southern Helmand province, enemy troops arriving Ab Pashak Manda and Khomano areas of Gerishk district for operation came under Mujahideen attacks and IED blasts yesterday morning, during which 3 APCs were destroyed by RPG launcher fire and 4 others by IED blasts, killing and wounding over 9 puppets as well as forcing the rest to flee.

It is said that 2 Mujahideen were wounded and another one has embraced martyrdom during the crossfire and enemy bombardment.
