Destabilization in international relations refers to deliberate actions or strategies employed by state or non-state actors to undermine the political, social, economic, or security stability of another country or region. These efforts are aimed at creating chaos, insecurity, or political unrest within a targeted nation, often with the goal of weakening its government, institutions, or societal cohesion. Destabilization can involve various tactics such as supporting internal dissent, funding opposition groups, spreading disinformation, fostering economic turmoil, or inciting violence to disrupt the established order and provoke instability.

Throughout history, it has been profoundly unfortunate that since the compromised emergence of Pakistan, it has consistently engaged in destabilizing our nation, regardless of the government or system in place. By assisting invaders in destabilizing, destroying, and invading our country, Pakistan has not only offered its air and land, personnel but has also provided logistical support and intelligence information. Most egregiously and shamefully, against all diplomatic norms, it arrested an ambassador of a nation and handed over to the invaders who assaulted us for their wasted interests.

Since the re-establishment of Islamic Emirate, Pakistan has been actively working to destabilize the government through various means, whether political, economic, or by spreading misinformation and propaganda. Despite the government’s efforts to address these issues through media and diplomatic channels, providing evidence and indisputable facts, the disgraceful actions of Pakistan continue to be exposed with each passing day.

Pakistan employs a range of tactics to destabilize our nation, encompassing not only economic and political methods but also the provision of safe havens and training grounds to groups like ISIS before dispatching them to our soil. Economic destabilization tactics involve unjustly blocking our merchants’ goods, impeding routes under various pretexts, especially critical when farmers urgently need to export their produce across the border, and exploiting refugees to undermine our government. Politically, destabilization takes the form of exaggeration and dissemination of flagrant falsehoods and misinformation about security risks from our country on international platforms and any available stage.

Recently, a Pakistani intelligence operative has admitted to Islamabad collaborating with Dushanbe to disrupt Wakhan. This covert campaign to destabilize Afghanistan came to light following the capture of Azimullah Farooqui, also known as Rasekh, originally from Badakhshan’s Yeftal Payan district and now residing in Takhar, was apprehended by Islamic Emirate forces for spying for Pakistan.

Abdul Yaqin was the first person to introduce Azimullah Farooqui, also known as Rasekh, to Syed Reza Hashemi. Syed Raza Hashmi, from Badakhshan’s Kasham district, heads the Afghanistan Rescue and Justice Movement and has a history of seven years of espionage with Pakistani intelligence.

According to Farooqui (Rasekh), Syed Raza Hashmi was summoned to Pakistan for a meeting with key figures from Pakistani intelligence, including Colonel Khalid, Colonel Shahid, Liaqat Ali Pacha, and officials from the former Afghan administration at the Afghan House Hotel in Islamabad.

At this meeting, Syed Raza Hashmi, a former top Pakistani intelligence agent for seven years, presented a plan to Farooqui. The plan primarily revolves around facilitating the transit of Daesh fighters from Pakistan to Afghanistan, focusing on Kunar, Nuristan, and Badakhshan provinces to establish routes for transporting these fighters.

Another crucial aspect discussed at the Islamabad meeting, where Farooqui was assigned a task, involved integrating former administration soldiers and dissatisfied Taliban members.

The detained spy revealed another significant development: the exchange of communications involving the Tajikistan president, exposing a plot between Islamabad and Dushanbe to destabilize Wakhan and undermine Afghanistan’s economic interests.

As both Muslim nations with shared characteristics and close proximity, Pakistan should collaborate closely for mutual advantages, regional prosperity, and economic growth. However, it remains a mystery what influences drive Pakistan to persist in destabilizing its fellow Muslim neighbor country despite these commonalities.
